The Role
General Bookkeeping and Accounting: Manage general bookkeeping tasks for multiple clients.
Utilize QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop, with expertise in functions such as the data review feature, journal entries, and ledger reconciliations.
Payroll Management: Handle all aspects of payroll processing for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
Financial Reporting: Assist with financial reports and statements to provide clients with insights into their financial performance.
Client Relations: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their accounting needs and provide tailored solutions.
Address client inquiries and provide guidance on accounting matters.
Hours: 9:00 to 5:00 EST

Ideal Profile
5-10 years experience in accounting. Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Experience with QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop (Premier Accountant).
Proficiency in payroll processing and related regulations.
Ability to reconcile ledgers and conduct bulk review using Client Data Review. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
