Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Customer Support Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess advanced proficiency in English, extensive experience in customer support, and a strong ability to manage various digital tools and platforms.
You will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, managing sales inquiries, troubleshooting customer problems, and resolving disputes. Additionally, you will process orders, create shipping labels, and manage social media outreach to influencers.
Position: Customer Support Virtual Assistant
Location: Remote (Work From Home)
Salary: $550 USD fixed + Performance Bonus (up to $1000 USD per month)
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support:
Provide exceptional support to customers via live chat and email.
Sales Inquiries:
Manage and respond to sales inquiries promptly and effectively.
Order Processing:
Process customer orders and create shipping labels using DHL and UPS applications.
Dispute Resolution:
Resolve disputes on platforms like PayPal and Stripe.
Product Pricing and Design:
Calculate product prices, create renders and mockup designs, and work with AI tools to generate new content.
Social Media Management:
Manage social media accounts and outreach to influencers.
Communication:
Conduct follow-up and sales calls, maintain high-level communication with customers and team members.
Administrative Tasks:
Handle various virtual assistant tasks, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Required Qualifications
English Proficiency: Advanced level (C1-C2)
Shopify Expertise: Advanced proficiency in managing and operating Shopify.
Shipping Label Applications: Experience with DHL and UPS shipping label applications.
Sales Skills: Strong sales abilities and experience.
Negotiation Skills: Proven negotiation skills.
Graphic Design Skills: Advanced proficiency in Photoshop and basic skills in Illustrator.
Office Suite Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Communication Tools: Experience with Slack and Gorgias app.
Social Media Management: Ability to manage social media accounts effectively.
Customer Support Experience: Minimum of 3 years in customer support.
Dispute Resolution: Skills to resolve disputes on platforms such as PayPal and Stripe.
Geographical Knowledge: High understanding of worldwide addresses.
Follow-up and Sales Calls: Experience in conducting follow-up and sales calls.
Copywriting: Proficiency in creating compelling copy.
Live Chat Support: Experience in providing live chat support.
Internet and Power Stability: Access to high-speed internet without any power or signal interruptions.
