Role Overview:
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fintech or financial services, with specific experience in investment products and B2B markets.
This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive product development from conception through to launch and beyond.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management within the fintech or financial services industry.
• Proven experience with investment products and B2B markets.
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and financial markets.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies.
Responsibilities
1. Product Strategy and Vision:
• Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with our client's overall business goals.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and customer needs.
• Create and maintain a product roadmap that prioritizes initiatives based on business impact and customer value.
2. Product Development:
• Lead the product development lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to design, development, testing, and launch.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver high-quality products.
• Define product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
3. Stakeholder Management:
• Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related matters.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure alignment.
• Present product updates and performance metrics to senior management and other key stakeholders.
4. Market and Competitive Analysis:
• Monitor industry trends and competitor products to ensure our client remains competitive.
• Identify and evaluate potential partnerships and business opportunities.
5. Customer Focus:
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve the product.
• Ensure a seamless and positive user experience through ongoing enhancements and support.
6. B2B Product Experience:
• Develop and manage B2B investment products tailored to the needs of institutional clients.
• Work closely with the sales team to understand client requirements and provide product solutions.
